I urge you, brothers, by our Lord Jesus Christ and by the love of the Spirit, to join me in my struggle by praying to God for me.
So how often do you pray for yourself? How often do you pray for others? Do you do it continually? Do you do it all the time? Do you pray for specific things? Do you really talk to God? Communication? I know I find this hard. I pray every night along with my devotions. I have a list of people and things to pray for and it isn’t usually easy to pray for it all. I find it difficult. Do you? Cause it’s rewarding to see your prayers answered, but I’m going to tell you right now you don’t see your prayers answered immedietly. No way not in the slightest. God has his own time schedule and you can’t change it. You just have to wait and know God has it all planned out for the best. So pray.

i started to make a list but then i found it boring to go down the list every night. i know i shouldnt but i do…i need help with prayer!

it is hard….. i usually start to find it boring but I still do it. I also just talk to God, without having a list. So I’ll do both.

I know what you mean about it being difficult. I have a list of people I try to pray for every day, and it seems so long sometimes even though I’m not even praying for enough people.

I know it is always hard to just sit down and pray.. thats why i have my prayer with my devotions.. but then i also try to pray at LEAST 5 times randomly through the day. I cant rember where i heard this and i has been driving me insane cuzz i cant rember and i think i have said it be4 but i am going to say it again… Never stop praying to God.. or somefin like that. THat just strikes me as sooo COOL! My youth pastor has a grandfather who is really close to God and Joanathan (( my youth pastor)) told us how his grandfater could just.. like if they were at a store he could just say God plz let a spot be opean near the front and a car would pull out right in front! he could just talk to God. That is what i think praying without ceasing is! And to me that is soo COOL! lol okay i got kinda off topic but heyy its my comment! lol
