We are still in Beta.

Have you ever considered how interesting the English language is? I am still realizing the simplicity and complexity of it. Well that might be confusing but I’ll explain. So we have phrases like the one I heard talking about if your blind or experiencing blindness go “see” a doctor. Now sorry but that’s kind of confusing…. ok not really but it’s odd. Then we have phrases like notebook ( a book for notes) and cookies (cooking e’s) I don’t know they are odd. There are so many more. You have to think though who came up with these words? I think most of them are made up when people accidentally say it or really think it’s a word cause it just makes sense. An example would be my word “beforewards” its just like afterwards. I mean seriously beforewards should be a word. I say it all the time and my mom always makes fun of me, but I think it works. Are their any strange words you enjoy? Or words you’ve made up? Maybe they will be in the dictionary some day. That would rock. Rock on homeboy….. (what’s that supposed to mean, seriously were did those come from?)

So I lately checked my stat counter report. Basically it tells me things like how many visitors I’ve had and how many page loads etc. etc. it goes a lot more in depth but I’m just giving you the basics. I got the stat counter in April and starte the site in December so it doesn’t show from the beginning but it’s interesting to see the growth just over the last 4 months. This month it looks like I will have a new record high because we are only half way through July and I’m a little above half on unigue visitors and returning visitors and page loads is already the same as last month. So it looks like I’ll hit a record high.

So with all this work on this website and the new one I have and am working on, I’m getting quite familar with different web publishing programs. This is good because the more experience I have with them the more I can help others. Also, the more I learn the cooler I can make my websites look, but in reality a website looking cool isn’t what brings back the visitors, good content is. Currently I wish I had some thought provoking thing to say so that I could bring you all back again and again, but I don’t. So I’m currently at the beach. My dad is having his class reunion so we came with him to Warrenton (right next to Astoria). Last night I slept on the couch in the living room with this huge window. Actually there are big windows on both sides of the room. Anyway I woke up this morning really well and realized it was because of the windows. Up in my room at home I don’t have any windows that let light in, or they barely do. It’s funny how much more peaceful it is when I wake up to the light rather than with an alarm clock or someone yelling at me. I guess it’s cause thats how God intented it. Now I wish my room had big windows. (I also wish there was a point to this post) We then had a huge breakfast, or I did and then went to the beach. Oh man that made me feel like a kid again. I splashed through the ocean and got sand everywhere and built trenches and walls. I even skipped rocks and threw sticks. It was very fun. I can’t wait till next week when I go to Manzanita. Now I’m sitting here on the computer, and watching TV….. wow what a contrast. If only I had a way to wrap up this post. . . . I know “Creative End”

Doesn’t it just bug you when you can’t blog…or can forever. For example there are long dry spells where I can’t Think of a single witty thing to say on my blog. Other day’s, like today I can write multiple things. It’s odd. I decided a while back though that I would have a back up plan. The back up plan being saved drafts of posts that if I ever needed I would post. The sad thing is I don’t think they are good enough. What’s up with that? I have 3 other basically finished posts that I have written about, that you will probablynever get to see. . isn’t that sad. Oh well. I need to go spend some time doing something other than the computer. That’s what I was gonna say! Doens’t i just kill you when you have something to say and forget it. What I was gonna say but seems unimportant now is that I have recently been very ummm technological? In other words I have been editing multiple sites of my own and other peoples. Currently I’m working on my moms and my own new site (which you still don’t get to see) and still trying to come up with a name for my business, and thus creating new sites every time I come up with a new name. Anyway that was rather unimportant. O.K. NOW I’m gonna go.. adios.

Spider Webs are like problems. With a Spider Web you can’t see it until you’ve run into it, and immediatly you look like a freak. As soon as you run into that web your whole walk is out of control. You run through it and people off in the distance think “what is wrong with that person”. None of them can see this web. Unless you tell them about it, and then they might not believe you. That’s how problems are. You usually can’t see a problem until it’s hit you, and if you see it before it hits you you have to beat it back with a stick. Which makes you look funny also. Either way people think you look funny. People usually don’t understand (see) your problems unless you tell them, and even then they don’t always believe you. Once you get tangled in a problem it’s stuck with you for a long time. You can try and get it out, but you don’t know the extent of it. You don’t know were it ends. Thus my conclusion ends. Problems are like Spider webs. Oh and the fact that Spiders, Spider Webs and problems are all disgusting!

I got my own URL!!!!!! Ok you might think that’s really geeky but it’s cool. It’s like owning your own piece of land. You have to pay for a registration by the year and it’s pretty cheap. I’m not gonna tell you the URL until I get the site in better working order but just had to say it rocks! This is the first site that isn’t my part of my dad’s or on Google or Myspace or Livejournal or Xanga etc. etc. It’s my own domain! Wow. Haha. Ok enough geekness for now.
